EXCHANGE POLICY:

At Joyeria, our customers are our first priority. Our Customer care team will facilitate you on each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item.

All products purchased from Joyeria can be exchanged within 7 days only if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same which you had already purchased.

You must notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing us at joyeriaaofficial@gmail.comin case you want to raise a dispute.

In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you will send the defective product back to joyeriaaofficial@gmail.com.

It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified. Upon receipt, we will issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the invoice.

NOTE: Please take pictures (or make videos) of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them with you unless you find your complete order intact. It will be helpful to resolve your complaint timely. In case you received an incorrect or damaged article.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will only take place if case of unavailability of the item purchased. Refunds are not in cash. The client will be issued a coupon of same value valid for online store only, which can be used immediately or in the future. Please study your coupon carefully for further details.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

  • Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
  • Once the order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email and an SMS with your COD amount as well as your tracking ID. As soon as the product has been delivered. Our above mentioned exchange policy will be applicable on your order.
  • Joyeria holds the authority to cancel any order in case of sold out items.
